School Age Program 2010

Wow! Summer is here already! Welcome back to all the school age friends. We have another summer of fun and learning ahead of us. June will be a blast as we take off into space. We are going to get lost in the stars.

Remember, it is summer. We are going to try to be outside a lot. Tennis shoes will be the order of the day. Flip-flops and sandals are fine indoors but we will need shoes for running and playing outside. We will also be taking advantage of the hills. Shoes are a must for that area too.

Again, this year we will be looking for guests to come in and share with the boys and girls. We love to have special guests in the room. Anyone can be a guest. They do not have to go with our theme. They just have to be willing to share with the friends.

Grandparents make great guests. Children love to hear their stories and play games with them.

Look for a calendar to come home. Wacky Wednesdays are back. We will also be limiting special toys to Fridays. We are planning a couple water days and –of course, bike day again this summer. Electronic games and music players will be limited to early morning and the end of the day.

We are sure to have loads of fun this summer. Again, Welcome back to our school age friends!!
